Our Key Roles
The key roles of the Division of Learning & Teaching are:
- facilitation of quality evidence-based learning and teaching
- design, production and distribution of high quality, stable learning resources
- continuous improvement and effective use of the CSU Interact environment for learning and teaching
- innovative development and maintenance of efficient learning and teaching support systems
- provision of professional development programs to enhance the quality of learning and teaching
- provision of a suite of continuous improvement and evaluation services as a base for sound learning and teaching policy and practice.
To successfully focus on these roles the Division will be organised around three sections
- Educational Design & Media - mainstream learning resource development and educational services
- Quality Enhancement & Evaluation Services -includes teaching development, evaluation and data provision services
- Strategic Learning & Teaching Innovation - future-oriented and technology-enabled
