Quality Enhancement & Evaluation Services
The Quality Enhancement and Evaluation Services (QEES) section is responsible for:
- enabling collaborative and continuous quality improvement in flexible and blended teaching practice across the university
- supporting all CSU staff (both academic and professional) in their pursuit of a scholarly approach to learning and teaching
- promoting the professional development of DLTS and other teaching support staff in the enhancement of University learning and teaching
- collaborating with all stakeholders (internal and external) around benchmarking processes and in the promotion of the scholarship of learning and teaching at CSU.
- promoting goal-driven, learning-centred, evidence-based teaching practice within DLTS-supported teaching development programs
- ensuring that mainstream teaching and learning activities and new initiatives embed both formative and summative evaluation processes
- collecting and reporting quantitative as well as qualitative data on key teaching and learning performance indicators (KPIs) in support of the University’s continuous improvement cycle.
