The Cheese Factory

Our cheeses are all handmade in our very own Cheese Factory using the finest quality Riverina fresh milk, a recipe that has proven to be an award-winning combination. Our collection of trophies, gold and silver medals grows each year as a testament to fine quality ingredients and great cheesemaking.

The Winery

The CSU Winery is an integral part of Australia's leading wine and food science school and as such is at the forefront of viticultural practices and wine making techniques. The winery focuses on excellence, using state of the art technology without sacrificing tradition

The Equine Performance Centre

The CSU Equine Performance Centre is an outstanding facility for horse-loving students and members of the regional community. It covers 25 hectares within the CSU farm and is just a short walk from the main campus at Wagga Wagga. The Centre is one of the excellent resources of the School of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences and provides facilities for teaching its courses in Equine Science, Veterinary Science and Animal Science – facilities which are among the best in Australasia.

Children's Centre

CSU Children's Centres aim to provide a homely, loving, stimulating and safe environment for permanent long day care for children 0-6 years within the University and wider community. The Centres are available on the Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst and Wagga Wagga campuses.

CSU Print

CSU Print offers a wide range of printing products and services to meet the diverse needs of the University environment as well as the wider community. CSU Print offers quality, cost-effective printing within your budget and time-frame.

The Centre for Information Studies

The Centre for Information Studies aims to support and commission high quality research, publications and continuing professional development in library and information science, teacher librarianship and Australian literature for young people. It also provides seed grants to assist in the preparation of titles, and undertakes cooperative publishing ventures where appropriate.

Environmental and Analytical Laboratories

The Environmental and Analytical Laboratories (EAL) are a specialist organisation of experienced chemists and analysts. The EAL provides an analytical commercial and research testing service catering to councils, industry, individuals, researchers and students.

Events Office

The dedicated team of professionals in CSU’s Events Office specialise in smaller events such as one-day Seminars through to large Conferences with hundreds of delegates. CSU is committed to excellence in function and conference catering, providing accommodation, seminar/function venues and many other varied individual client requirements.

CSU Training

CSU Training is a Registered Training Organisation with the NSW Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board (VETAB) operated by Charles Sturt Services Ltd and works closely with clients to develop customised training programs that meet the needs of the workplace and consider the attributes of the learners.

The Orange Equine Centre

The Orange Equine Centre provides the perfect location for students to be involved in all aspects of horse enterprise management, including breeding, training for different disciplines, show and sale preparation, different handling techniques and research.

2MCE Regional Community Radio

2MCE provides a diverse range of programming including national news and a comprehensive local news service to Bathurst, Orange and surrounding districts.  You can hear local news bulletins at 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Working in conjunction with the School of Communications at Charles Sturt University 2MCE presents an online News Extra service produced by 2nd year journalism students.  2MCE 92.3FM in Bathurst 94.7FM in Orange and on the web at http://www.2mce.org/ .
