Brief Biography
Anne graduated with Distinction with a four year degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and subsequently completed a Juris Doctor Degree at the University of San Francisco. She is a Member of the State Bar of California, and has had experience in the United States, Canada and Australia in the fields of Librarianship, Public Utilities, Neighbourhood Legal Assistance, Counselling and Family Law, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, facilitation and management consulting and law lecturing.
She designed theCharles Sturt University’s Dispute Resolution program, a distance learning program which comprises a Graduate Certificate, a Graduate Diploma and a Masters degree, and has written extensive learning materials on mediation and dispute resolution.
Anne is an accredited and experienced mediator who has supervised a panel of mediators for the Community Justice Centre in Wagga Wagga. She oversaw the pilot program for Community Youth Conferencing in Wagga in 1996-98. She has been a Community Justice Centre mediator since 1994.
She is also on the panel for the New South Wales Legal Aid Commission’s Family Law Conferencing program and has held ministerial appointments to the Health Conciliation Registry (New South Wales) since 2003. She is a registered family dispute resolution practitioner with the Commonwealth Attorney General and is accredited to the National Mediation Accreditation Standard..

1991 Nominated as Charles Sturt University's exemplary teacher. Summary of law teaching techniques was chosen to represent CSU in a booklet issued at the Australian Vice Chancellor's Symposium on the Quality of Teaching in Higher Education Institutions.
1988 Commendation awarded by NSW TAFE for best statewide performance by Company Law students in their final examination which was externally set and externally marked.
