A leader in the provision of online services, CSU places great emphasis on the online environment, which is integrated into all aspects of student life. Our Guide to Learning includes information about online services and facilities at CSU or you could consider a self-paced course in online learning skills that will teach you about CSU’s online environment, forums, online referencing and other handy skills.

Learning Skills Advisers offer academic learning support to all students enrolled at CSU, to enable them to acquire or enhance the skills they need to succeed in university studies. Through workshop tutorials and drop-in sessions or through individual consultations, students are presented with strategies and techniques that allow them to better participate in academic activities.

CSU has Maths Skills Advisers who assist students who are having difficulties with mathematics or statistics in their course. The service includes individual assistance with coursework and developing programs to strengthen skills of students who perceive they have weaknesses or lack confidence to succeed. Workshops on special topics are also available.
